Republican Congressman Diane Black (TN-6) has failed a small-government litmus test. In fact, when her voting record is carefully analyzed her score is that of 71% or "F"

Given the fact that she voted for pork and waste, more spending, and more debt, it's no wonder she FAILS as a legislator.

Rep Stephen Fincher (TN-8) actually did WORSE than Diane Black.

The results of the test were just released today, here are the details:

Republicans in the Tennessee legislature are about to give Obama access to your healthcare records!

The Tennessee Senate already voted unanimously to give Obama and the federal bureaucracy access to the state-wide prescription database WITHOUT A WARRANT** -- This means Obama and the Feds will know every prescription you are taking and can glean almost any information about your health!

You CAN stop the TN Republican establishment from handing over your records to Obama and the Feds, but you MUST ACT NOW before it comes to a vote in the State House on Wednesday May 25th!

____________________________

You MUST call Speaker Beth Harwell and tell her "NO to House Bill #2569"!
615-385-0357 (H)
615-741-0709 (O)
speaker.beth.harwell@capitol.tn.gov

Also you MUST call your State House Representative and tell them to "VOTE NO on 2569", you don't want the government to be able to snoop around your records without a warrant**

Find your State House Rep here.
Here is a list of ALL of their e-mail addresses

And while you're at it, be sure to let your State Senators know you don't appreciate them voting to give Obama and the Feds your most personal and intimate healthcare records

Find your State Senator here.

Thanks in large part to your e-mails The TN Campaign for Liberty has played a major role in stopping ObamaCare from creeping into Tennessee!

Earlier this week we informed you about a 'hush-hush' effort to set up an Obamacare "insurance exchange" in Tennessee. The bill was withdrawn after the sponsor, Rep. Charles Michael Sargent from Williamson County, received many e-mails and personal visits urging him to do so!

BUT DON'T REST EASY...

There are rumors that Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey, at the behest of Governor Haslam, will try and ram it down our throats AFTER the election in November when the politicians are safe from getting thrown out of office: http://wpln.org/?p=32442

Stay vigilant, there is more to come on this issue later in the year.

Last week an innocent-looking bill was mysteriously and discreetly filed in the TN Assembly which attempts to lay the groundwork to bring Obamacare into Tennessee!
Senator Corker has flip-flopped.

He voted for the bailouts previously earning the moniker "Bailout Bob"...

But now Bob Corker is against bailouts because he is running for re-election as evidenced from his recent press release: http://corker.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=News&ContentRecord_id=7321a04f-5866-45f9-879e-72df2ff9094c
